Dr. Dom Terrone is a respected Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialist at New Jersey Perinatal Associates, bringing compassionate care and extensive expertise to his patients. Raised in Union, NJ, Dr. Terrone graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey before completing his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Saint Barnabas Medical Center. His passion for high-risk aspects of pregnancy led him to pursue fellowship training and a Master's Degree of Science at the University of Mississippi in Jackson.

In addition to his role at NJPA, Dr. Terrone serves as the Associate Director of the Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Saint Barnabas Medical Center. He has contributed significantly to his field through various publications, with research interests focusing on fetal therapy and preterm birth.

Dr. Terrone's journey into obstetrics and gynecology began during his clinical rotations, where he discovered a profound interest in managing high-risk pregnancies. At NJPA, he values the opportunity to blend patient care with education, a dynamic that enriches his daily practice.
